A State of mind

 Dont worry this isnt the state of my mind .its just somethimg i wrote the other day while feeling creative


 to unfriendly to unwise to many people telling you lies

go about your day with sad belief 

go about your day with no relief 


impregnated with dissident stare 

keeping your eyes low to avid the glare

mind playing tricks on your incomprehensible past

what the hell it was a blast 


staring at your shoes trying to rip away the blues

stand well back while i light the fuse 

keeping it real so you know what you feel 

while deep down you want your skin to peel

Black dog

To my friends

        To my friends I'm not going to moan or gripe Or even shake my head while smoking a pipe I'm going to praise the moments we have left And make sure that they are the best I'm going to make sure you understand what You signed up for when you became a friend . A shoulder to cry on a post to scratch A door that's never locked or on the latch. A loan shark that has that has no teeth Where you can get what you need Even if your trapped on a reef.
