God I need an angel tonight
One that will help me in this fight
An angel that will stand by my side
An angel that's with me all the time
One that will never hide
I need this angel so I know when I'm right.
I'm not being greedy or being weedy I just need a bit of extra help Tonight

Black dog

        To my friends I'm not going to moan or gripe Or even shake my head while smoking a pipe I'm going to praise the moments we have left And make sure that they are the best I'm going to make sure you understand what You signed up for when you became a friend . A shoulder to cry on a post to scratch A door that's never locked or on the latch. A loan shark that has that has no teeth Where you can get what you need Even if your trapped on a reef.
