   SPIRIT ON THE RADIO 
 For four years i had the great pleasure of working on the radio with my great friend Sarah May on our very own show  SPIRIT ON THE RADIO. 
The idea of the show was to bring spirit though every week with messages and a few tunes while we were having fun.
During our 4 year run we both made many friends and give hundreds of message from spirit

Black dog

To my friends

        To my friends I'm not going to moan or gripe Or even shake my head while smoking a pipe I'm going to praise the moments we have left And make sure that they are the best I'm going to make sure you understand what You signed up for when you became a friend . A shoulder to cry on a post to scratch A door that's never locked or on the latch. A loan shark that has that has no teeth Where you can get what you need Even if your trapped on a reef.
